OBJECTIVES

The aim of this training is to inform European law enforcement officials about actual situation of the migration flows to EU via Bulgaria and Cyprus. The focus will be on prevention and organisation of fight against migrant smuggling.

With this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

  • Update their general knowledge about migration to Cyprus and Bulgaria;
  • Understand the new irregular migration through Cyprus and Bulgaria reality;
  • Recognise challenges of irregular migration;
  • Summarise the migration services in Bulgaria and Cyprus.
