OBJECTIVES
The aim of this training is to inform law enforcement officials about how the CEPOL Exchange Programme 2023 helped exchangees collect new knowledge on the police work environment in the hosting countries (Albania, Hungary, Spain and Republic of North Macedonia) in the area of organised and serious crime, specifically in trafficking in human beings.
With this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:
- Recognise the value of the CEPOL Exchange Programme for the law enforcement officials;
- Understand how the training for new police officers is managed in Spain and in the Republic of North Macedonia;
- Understand the protocols made for missing persons in Spain and in the Republic of North Macedonia;
- Get an overview on the police structure in Albania, with special emphasis on the investigations by specialised Organised Crime Units;
- Understand the police structure of the Hungarian Police and the structure of the Bekes County Police;
- Gain new insights about victim oriented approach and the use of Barnahus model in Hungary.
