The aim of this training is to introduce European law enforcement officials to practices in Albania and France in the field of investigating organised crimes, share ideas and tools that can be used to improve and strengthen the cooperation between the two countries.

With this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

• Understand the structure, role and functioning of the units of the two officials who participated in the CEPOL Exchange Programme 2023;
• Get familiar with all the tools available to investigators in both countries and the best practices they use in their investigations;
• Understand the opportunities for cross-border investigation and cooperation that France and Albania can offer;
• Be informed of the issues raised by the two partners in order to improve the effectiveness of the cooperation between the countries.
