The aim of the webinar is to raise awareness and share good practices for detecting, investigating, and preventing EU level cultural goods crime.
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• Summarise the perspectives of the Carabinieri Command for the Protection of Cultural Heritage (TPC) and its support to combat cultural goods crime;
• Outline the objectives and the main line of actions and importance played by the Leonardo Database and its implementation (SWOADS);
• Understand the International conventions UN/EU regulations, national legislations on this topic and the challenges for law enforcement and prosecutors.
