The aim of this webinar is to enhance knowledge of Action Leaders on their role and responsibilities in the drafting, management and reporting of operational actions.
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• Describe the process of planning and drafting of Operational Actions;
• Explain the management of Operational Actions and the Action Leader`s role in relevant Operational Action Plans and Operational Action meetings;
• Describe expectations and understand the communication with National EMPACT Coordinators, Drivers, and Action Participants;
• Summarise the steps of the reporting mechanism and list the requirements of good quality reports.
