OBJECTIVES
The aim of this training is to inform law enforcement officials about how the CEPOL Exchange Programme 2025 helped exchangees collect new knowledge on the police/border guard work environment in the hosting countries in the area of organised and serious crime, specifically in migrant smuggling, THB and document fraud
TARGET GROUP
European Law Enforcement Officials Law enforcement officials specialised in fighting serious and organized crime, especially in combating smuggling of migrants, THB and document fraud.

1. Welcome and Housekeeping rules by CEPOL
2. Sharing experience from Poland and Cyprus
3. Comparison of the tasks of the Border Guard and the Police Aliens and Immigration Unit (differences and similarities)
4. Sharing experience from Spain and Romania
5. Differences and similarities in the law enforcement model of Spain & Romania in the prevention and combating THB, especially focused on the protection of the victims
6. Questions & Answers
