About this course

OBJECTIVES

The aim of this training is to inform law enforcement officials about how the CEPOL Exchange Programme 2025 helped exchanges collect new knowledge about the police force structures and best practices in the hosting countries in the area of organised and serious crime.

By the end of this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

  • Understand the value of the CEPOL Exchange Programme for law enforcement officials;

  • Understand the organisational structures of the Swedish and Irish police forces;

  • Gain knowledge about the differences in the use of drones for operative police work in Sweden and Ireland;

  • Understand the organisational structures of the Finnish and Czech police forces;

  • Gain knowledge about operational work in conjunction with a special customs laboratory designed for the preparation and substitution of the contents of controlled shipments.
