OBJECTIVES

The aim of the webinar is to inform about the existing service of Spanish Helpdesk to verify documents and to compare facial images in real time with providing an answer within 5 minutes to offer a reliable service for first line officers, with an additional special service to verify Ukraine documents. By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• assess the Spanish Helpdesk support for the own organizations.
• describe the support provided by the Spanish Helpdesk and its legal aspects and background.
• contact the Spanish Helpdesk to ask for support.
