The aim of the webinar is to familiarise first contact officials and law enforcement bodies with information relevant to resettlement activities. By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

  • Know what information provision areas need to be covered in the context of the resettlement procedure
  • Understand how to effectively provide information during relevant stages of the pre-departure and post-arrival phases
