To login to LEEd platform, you have to follow the steps provided:

1. Add your email in the field username.

2. Add your password in the next field.

3. Click to login

4. When you login, it will be required to change your password. Please don’t use any password that you used in the past. Then, you will be need to set up the Multifactor Authenticator (MFA), you can follow the steps described below in step 7.

5. If you don’t remember your password, please click on the forgot password. You will be directed to a page where you have to add your email and in the second choice and follow the steps according to the email you will get to change your password.

6. If it your first time in the LEEd, please choose registration and add your data as required. Remember only professional email is accepted and Country/ Organisation must be carefully chosen.

7. Multifactor Authenticator  (MFA) set up: Please before starting the process download to your mobile the Microsoft or Google authenticator. When you enter LEEd for the first time, in the dashboard a red block that guides you to set up the MFA. You will need to click on User Preferences:


In the next page, you will find the following block where you need to click on App set up:

In the next page, it will be requested to fill in the following information, where device label can be a name to remember which device you setup for the MFA.


When you fill in the information, open the application in the mobile and use the + icon,  scan the QR code that will be in your screen inside LEEd (do not scan the QR code of the example,  in this image) and then add the code that will be shown in the screen.

Save changes and you are ready. From this time, every time you login to LEEd, you will need to add except the credentials, the code that appears at that time in your mobile authenticator app.
